At Aureve, we take great care in ensuring your jewellery reaches you in perfect condition. Since each piece is quality-checked before dispatch, we currently offer exchanges only in the following cases:
Eligible for Exchange
- You received a damaged item
- You received the wrong product
- Your item arrived with a manufacturing defect
Conditions
- Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the exact item is not available, you may choose another item of equal value.
